Eligibility

To use our services and enroll in courses you must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction and meet any professional prerequisites stated for specific courses.

Age requirement: Participants must be at least 15 years old or the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction for contract formation. For certain professional courses, higher age or certification prerequisites may apply.

Lawful use: You agree to use the platform and course content for lawful professional development and not for any fraudulent or unlawful activity, including misuse of exam materials or impersonation.

Country limits: Some courses may be restricted in certain countries due to licensing or regulatory constraints. It is your responsibility to ensure that participation complies with local laws.

Account management

Creating an account gives you access to course materials, scheduling, and progress tracking. Keep account information accurate and up to date to receive important course updates and certifications.

Accuracy of information: You must provide truthful and current information. Falsified information may lead to denial of enrollment or revocation of certification earned through our programs.

Account security: Protect your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We will take reasonable steps to secure accounts but are not liable for losses from compromised credentials due to user negligence.

Non-transferable: Accounts and course access are for individual use only and may not be transferred or resold without prior written permission from realtorrex.

If you believe your account is compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected] so we can suspend access and contribute.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in misconduct, or create security risks. Affected users will be notified with reasons when feasible.

Scope of services

realtorrex offers continuing education courses, certification prep, webinars and training resources delivered online and in-person in Bangkok. Course descriptions and schedules on the site reflect the content offered at the time of posting.

Course updates: We may modify course content, schedules or instructors to improve outcomes or comply with regulations. Enrolled students will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner.

Availability: We strive to maintain service availability but may experience downtime for maintenance or due to unforeseen events. We do not commit to uninterrupted access and will communicate planned outages when possible.

User conduct rules

Participants are expected to behave professionally during courses, respect intellectual property, and follow instructor directions and platform rules.

• Do not share access credentials or allow unauthorized users to join paid courses.
• Do not copy or redistribute proprietary course materials without permission.
• Respect instructors and fellow participants; harassment or discriminatory behavior is prohibited.
• Do not attempt to bypass assessment controls or submit dishonest work.
• Comply with local laws and professional regulations while participating in coursework.
• Use platform resources for professional development and not for commercial redistribution.
• Report observed violations to [email protected] to help maintain a safe learning environment.

User content

User content includes any materials you upload, post, or submit through our platform such as profiles, assignments, feedback or forum posts.

Ownership: You retain ownership of your original content, but by submitting it to realtorrex you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving services, displaying community content, and promoting course outcomes.

License: You grant realtorrex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display your content as needed for service operation and marketing. You may revoke the license for future uses where legally permitted.

Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights, violate laws, or disclose sensitive personal data of others without consent.

Removal requests: If you request removal of your content, we will evaluate the request and remove content where feasible, subject to retention requirements and legitimate business needs such as fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Intellectual property

All course materials, activity, logos and platform software are the intellectual property of realtorrex or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of these assets is prohibited except as expressly permitted in writing.

• Do not reproduce course videos, slides or assessments for public distribution.
• Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or watermarks from materials.

Paid services and enrollment

Certain courses and certifications require payment. Fees and terms are listed on course pages. Payment secures your seat and access to digital materials for the stated course period.

Pricing: Course fees are shown in the checkout process and may include taxes where applicable. Prices may change for future sessions, but changes do not affect already confirmed enrollments.

Payment methods: We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payments are processed by secure payment partners. By paying you authorize us to process the transaction and associated taxes.

Subscriptions: Recurring training plans, if offered, will clearly state billing frequency and cancellation options. You can manage subscription settings via your account.

Refunds and transfers: Refund policies differ by course. If cancellation terms allow refunds, requests must be submitted within the stated period and will be processed in accordance with the course policy.

Cancellation: If we cancel a course, enrolled students will be offered a full refund, credit toward another course, or a rescheduled session according to the cancellation notice and operational needs.

Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any cross-border taxes or duties that may apply outside Thailand.

Price changes: We may update fees for future courses; changes will not apply to already confirmed enrollments unless expressly stated.

Non-payment: Access to paid courses may be suspended or terminated for failed payments. Outstanding balances must be cleared before access is restored.

Disclaimer

Course content is provided for professional education and practical skill development. It is not a substitute for legal, business, or medical advice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant completeness of course materials.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, realtorrex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or course participation. Our liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the affected service.

Third-party services

We may integrate with third-party providers for payments, hosting, or certification verification. These providers have separate terms and privacy practices and are not controlled by realtorrex.

Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to accounts or courses for breaches of these terms, fraudulent behavior, or legal orders. Termination may result in loss of access to course materials and certifications.

Consequences: Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment obligations incurred prior to termination. Certain provisions of these terms survive termination, including intellectual property and liability limitations.

Privacy commitment

Communications

By providing contact information you agree to receive administrative and course-related communications. Marketing messages are sent only with consent, and opt-out options are provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
